Sknipa Brewery is located on the outskirts of Thermi, 20 km from Thessaloniki in Macedonia. Starting as a home-brewing passion project, Sknipa has grown into a professional craft brewery with modern premises and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Their beers are crafted using barley, yeast, and hops — over 80% sourced from Greece — deviating from typical consumer offerings to produce genuine craft beer.
