Established in 2005 in the Nemea region of the Peloponnese, Wisdom of Nature cultivates eight hectares of organically farmed Greek grape varieties — including the famous Agiorgitiko and Roditis — to produce high-quality organic vinegar and petimezi without preservatives or additives. Today the company exports to more than 15 countries.
