This island wine tasting features six wines from Haritatos Vineyard, a rising star boutique winery on the Ionian Island of Kefalonia. Each glass is paired with artisan food bites — Greek island cheeses, charcuterie, and traditional sweet bites — alongside an introduction to water pairing.
A wine expert from the Haritatos family guides you through rare indigenous varieties: Kefalonian Moschato, Dry Mavrodaphne, and Vostilidi — long-abandoned varieties that have won recognition across Greece’s wine scene in recent years. Haritatos’ first bottled wine, “Typaldo” (Kefalonian Moschato), was rated among the best of its kind in the country and helped reinstate these varieties, including Vostilidi bottled as “Hariton.”

Food bites are adapted to the seasons and inspired by Chef Panagiotis Vasilatos, known for his mix & match talent. Three different bottled waters between wines illustrate how water pairing can make a surprisingly great difference.
This is a generous tasting — each serving is 70ml (the norm in tastings is 50ml). Ramon is not a wine bar, cocktail bar, restaurant, café, or pub; think of it as an invitation to a very special place that always feels like home.
