Nestled in the heart of Arcadia, not far from Tripolis, Arcadiani is a multifunctional agrotourism destination certified by the Greek Ministry of Rural Development and Food — one of only 6 farms across Greece to hold this recognition. At the on-site artisanal workshop, over 50 preservative-free delicacies are crafted using locally sourced ingredients, from traditional pasta and spoon sweets to handmade cookies and herbal teas.
Join the traditional wood-fired oven area for a hands-on kneading and baking class rooted in authenticity. Under the guidance of experienced cooks, you’ll learn to make traditional Greek bread dough, then take a walk through the organic vegetable gardens to harvest fresh vegetables and aromatic herbs. Back at the wood oven, you’ll bake bread rolls and prepare a slow-roasted Greek Ratatouille (Briam) with the vegetables you’ve gathered, finished with a rustic village salad and homemade tzatziki.
