Welcome to the Macedonian Microbrewery of Drama, a craft brewing haven founded in 2015 in the picturesque village of Doxato, Drama, under the visionary leadership of Mr. Ioannis Etoglou. This is the first and only brewery in the region crafting fresh, unpasteurized craft beers, with an annual production capacity of 2,000 hectoliters in a 600-square-meter facility.
Drama’s celebrated pristine water is the secret ingredient that contributes to the exceptional quality of every batch. Inspired by Drama’s renowned wine country, Ioannis Etoglou asked: “Why shouldn’t Drama have its own beer?” — and so JOHNNIES’ BEER was born.
