Celebrate World Wine Tourism Day 2025 with the Wine Roads of Greece

On Sunday, November 9, 2025, the wineries of the Wine Roads of Greece open their doors for World Wine Tourism Day, inviting wine lovers to explore Greece’s unique vineyards, meet passionate winemakers, and experience the essence of Greek wine culture.
During this special day, visitors can enjoy guided tours through Greek vineyards and wineries, learn about the art of winemaking in Greece, discover the production and ageing process, and taste a variety of premium Greek wines—from fresh vintages of the latest harvest to well-aged labels.
Established in 2009 as the European Wine Tourism Day, this international celebration has been observed worldwide since 2019, on the second Sunday of November each year.
All Regional Associations of Greek Winemakers will participate in this year’s event, representing every central wine region of Greece:

• Winemakers of Attica Vineyard
• Winemakers of Peloponnese Vineyard
• Winemakers and Vinegrowers of the Aegean Islands
