Founded in 2016 by engineer Giorgos Dano, Ammousa began as a small home-brewing project in a basement before evolving into a professional brewery in early 2019. From the very beginning, the vision was to unite two arts that may seem different but are deeply connected: beer and food.
Today, Ammousa counts over 25 international awards and collaborates with leading restaurants in Greece and abroad, offering beers designed specifically to accompany fine cuisine.
