Founded in 2021 in Ierissos, Chalkidiki, Seven Seals Brewery is the region’s first and currently the only brewery. As an independent microbrewery, Seven Seals focuses on small-batch production, premium ingredients, and precise craftsmanship to create beers with character, balance, and identity.
Located close to Mount Athos, the brewery draws inspiration from the area’s rich history and symbolism. The name “Seven Seals” comes from the Book of Revelation, and each core beer in the series reflects the symbolism of the Seven Seals — combining modern brewing techniques with strong storytelling.
