Sifnos, Exampela, Iera Moni Vrisis

Iera Moni Vrisis, a men-only monastery, holds a celebration on September 8th, the day of the Virgin Mary’s birth. Built at the beginning of the 17th century, it is the largest monastery in Sifnos. It is located on a low hill, not far from Exambela village.
