1 day, 49 wineries, 200 wines!
ΦΥΣΙΚΑ FYSIKA, the first exhibition dedicated exclusively to natural wines, comes to Athens on Sunday 5 November 2023, and transforms the Former Athens Stock Exchange (Sofokleous) into a colorful celebration of wine!
From Thrace to Crete and from Ikaria to the Peloponnese, wineries from all over the country will bring their wines to the historic Sofokleous venue where the breadth and dynamics of Greek natural wine will be presented.
In one day you will be able to taste more than 200 wines with minimal intervention from 49 Greek wineries and meet the producers. Their wines are organic, and biodynamic, with little or no additives. They are pure, environmentally friendly, and above all very interesting and worth tasting!
Physika FYSIKA, wanting to showcase the wines coming from small wineries and producers with good practices towards the earth, the environment, and man, but above all to highlight the really good wine, invites 2 wineries from abroad to this year’s event, paving the way for the first natural wine exhibition of the wider Mediterranean Basin and Balkan region.

During the first week of November, PHYSIKA FYSIKA is located in favorite restaurants and haunts of the city with specially designed menus for wine pairing and wine presentations by the participating producers. More information at fysikafysika.gr
