Elis Brewery, the first brewery in the Elia prefecture, was founded near Lantzoi village, not far from Ancient Olympia in the Peloponnese, by Dionysia Ntatsopoulou-Brintziki and Dionysios Brintzikis in 2012. As the first “green” brewery in Greece, it relies on solar power and geothermal energy and has a capacity of over 40,000 hectoliters.
Elis beers are crafted using Greek malt, carefully selected hops, aromatic herbs, and pure water from the mountain springs of Mt. Erymanthos. The beers are not pasteurised, artificially coloured, or preserved with chemical additives — carbonisation comes from a natural second fermentation, resulting in well-balanced, rich flavours.
