Founded in 2008, CITRUS is a Greek, family-owned company in Athens, Attica, dedicated to crafting traditional sweets, jams, and delicacies that capture the authentic spirit of the Aegean.

At the heart of our creations lies the fragrant Chios Mandarin, a rare and aromatic fruit grown exclusively on the historic island of Chios in the North-Eastern Aegean.

Each recipe celebrates the island’s rich heritage — from delicate bitter almond essence and hand-picked rose petals from Agios Yiorgos Sikousis, to the legendary Chios mastic resin, a natural treasure found nowhere else on Earth.

We also embrace beloved Mediterranean staples like lemon and fig, transforming them into gourmet experiences that delight the senses.
