At the heart of our creations lies the fragrant Chios Mandarin, a rare and aromatic fruit grown exclusively on the historic island of Chios in the North-Eastern Aegean.
Each recipe celebrates the island’s rich heritage — from delicate bitter almond essence and hand-picked rose petals from Agios Yiorgos Sikousis, to the legendary Chios mastic resin, a natural treasure found nowhere else on Earth.
