Mykonos Farmers dairy is located on the hillside at Agios Lazaros, just ten minutes from the town of Mykonos, in the Aegean Islands. The family began making cheese and yogurt with milk from its own herds many years ago, and has since developed a structured production process that preserves the key elements of tradition while combining traditional techniques with today’s requirements.
All cheeses and dairy products are handmade and without preservatives. Products include cheeses, yogurt, rice pudding, kopanisti, and other dairy products, always maintaining a vision of quality.
Upon arrival, you receive a warm welcome with a farm tour and cheese tasting (4 different cheeses). The cooking class covers 9 different plates plus wine — you get tips and techniques that go from mother to child, learning Cycladic and traditional Greek cooking methods from a chef on site.
