Enotis Olive Oil Museum

Enotis is a fifth-generation family business rooted in the heart of Corfu, Ionian Islands — a Greek island renowned for its centuries-old olive oil tradition. The family’s journey began over 80 years ago with the purchase of their first olive mill; today they own and operate five state-of-the-art mills.

Spanning 30 hectares of fertile Corfiot land, their historic olive groves are home to 4,000 majestic, centuries-old trees of the rare Lianolia Corfu variety, yielding over 20 tons of exceptional extra virgin olive oil each year.

The Konstanti family’s involvement in olive oil production dates back to 1897, when they used animal-powered machinery driven by horses or donkeys. As diesel-powered machines spread, production soared — a turning point in the family’s olive milling history.
