Honey Tasting under Acropolis, with a Honey Sommelier

Just as bees work tirelessly and harmoniously within the hive, we too operate as a team — collaborating closely with each other and with our clients to achieve the sweetest possible results.

The vision of Honey Experts was created by Spyros Skareas, Agronomist (M.Sc.) and certified honey taster, with one purpose: to share knowledge, experience, and passion for the bee and its golden gift.

Our mission is to educate and inspire — highlighting the benefits of honey, the importance of beekeeping for the environment, and its role in human well-being.
