At ‘The Bear’s Honey’ in Paranesti, Drama, Macedonia, this four-hour workshop reveals the extraordinary world of bee-derived superfoods. From royal jelly to propolis, pollen, and beeswax, participants learn to create powerful natural health products from the apiary’s own pristine Frakto forest harvest. “To Meli tis Arkoudas” (“The Bear’s Honey”) is a small family-owned apiary facility active since 1950, situated 60 km from the forest of Fraktos and 80 km from the island of Thassos.
