Since 1998, Christos Poultsidis has been cultivating vineyards in Nees Karyes, Larissa, Thessaly. Starting from 5 acres and 22 Greek and foreign varieties, his passion project has grown into a serious winery dedicated to showcasing the wine potential of the Thessaly plains. In 2006, a 6,425-acre vineyard was created after analyzing quality and production.
