Ftelos Brewery began as the dream of three passionate businessmen to create a unique space in Santorini, Aegean Islands, where guests can enjoy world-class beers and a memorable brewing experience. Located in Karterados, it spans over 4,800 sq. meters and features a brewery, beer-themed restaurant, tapas bars, a rooftop garden with stunning views, and a dynamic art exhibition.
Named after the local word for “ridge,” Ftelos quickly became a top destination in the Cyclades. It was awarded “Most Innovative Brewery” at the 2021 Nutrition Awards and is known for blending brewing excellence with sustainability and culture.
Guests can enjoy Mediterranean dishes and tapas perfectly paired with refreshing Ftelos beers. The experience includes educational brewery tours, tastings, a bioclimatic garden filled with rare trees, and a gift shop.

Ftelos’ signature beer, Blue Monkey, is inspired by the Akrotiri frescoes — blond, aromatic, and full of personality. Available on-site and at various locations, it’s a must-try for any beer lover.
