The estate features a 1300-year-old olive tree — a precious treasure that adorns the cover of Klorane’s publication about the olive tree — alongside century-old olive trees that produce the farm’s own organic olive oil. Aromatic herbs are gathered from the farm, and vegetables including zucchini, peppers, tomatoes, and potatoes are harvested at their peak.
Quality ingredients include yogurt, feta, and honey from Cephallonia, fresh butter of Naxos, fava bean from Preveza, and Cyprian halumi cheese. The old house, constructed in 1954, has been turned into a farm-to-table restaurant and guesthouse.
