On the 7th kilometre between Larissa and Trikala, Thessaly, Pineios Brewery was founded in 2018 as Larissa’s first independent craft brewery. Named after the legendary Pineios River — the river of the gods that flows through the Vale of Tempi — this brewery brings the spirit of Thessaly to every glass.
The brewery’s machinery includes a 2,000-litre automatic brewhouse, several fermentation tanks, and a state-of-the-art bottling and labeling unit capable of producing approximately 400,000 litres of beer monthly.
