Founded in 2011, Efcharisto combines traditional recipes, premium local ingredients, and sustainable practices to create handcrafted products that celebrate Greek gastronomy and rural heritage. The name Efcharisto carries a special meaning; it is both the Greek word for “thank you” and a symbol of something pleasant and heartfelt, perfectly reflecting the family’s philosophy of hospitality, gratitude, and respect for nature.
Every product is crafted with care in a low-energy workshop, using only carefully selected raw materials while protecting the natural environment that surrounds the estate.
