Description

Biomeraki is a family-run organic farm in the rural landscape of Plomari, Lesbos, where nature, cultivation, and local tradition coexist in harmony. With deep respect for the land, natural cycles, and sustainability, the farm cultivates and packages certified organic products, with a special emphasis on bees and bee products.

Biomeraki is both a production site and a living-learning space where adults and children reconnect with nature and discover where their food truly comes from.

The experience introduces guests to the beehive as a small, highly organised society — how bees collect nectar and transform it into honey, how honey is harvested respectfully, and what natural products come from the hive. The bee is presented as a vital link between nature, agriculture, and the food on our plate.

The visit includes a guided tasting of selected bee products — raw organic honey, bee pollen, and propolis-based preparations (when available) — alongside additional organic farm products: extra virgin olive oil, traditional spoon sweets, homemade jams, and aromatic herbs.
