The family’s journey with wine began in the late 19th century, with small batches crafted for family and friends.
The modern story begins in the 1970s, when grandfather Tomas Tasionas, a fourth-generation viticulturist, purchased and planted the very vineyards that thrive to this day. His son Nikolaos brought this dream to life in 2020 with the founding of Tassionas Winery. Today, Nikolaos’s two daughters lead the estate, blending tradition with innovation.

The family vineyards span 50 acres in the heart of the prestigious PDO Naoussa zone, with plots in both Ramnista and Tsatali, Giannakohori. Cultivated exclusively with the noble Xinomavro variety at an altitude of 150–250 meters, the terroir and cool climate contribute to wines of exceptional character and aging potential.
