In Kambos on the legendary mastic island of Chios, Aegean Islands, the Fresh Beer of Chios has been brewed since 2012 in what may be Greece’s smallest craft brewery. In 2019, production relocated near the small village of Vavila on Chios, but the character remains the same: fresh, unfiltered island beers with genuine Chios personality.
